After over 20 years in the world of finance, leading client relationships on the Sales & Trading floors of global investment banks.  I built my own business from the ground up. What began as a six-figure side hustle has evolved into Pure Light 1111, an international coaching and advisory company guiding women through expansion, leadership, and wealth creation on their terms.

I know the reality of high performance and the cost of it.
That’s why I teach women how to build sustainable success without burnout, overwork, or self-sacrifice.

My approach blends strategic business growth, leadership psychology, and deep personal transformation, helping clients shift from performance and pressure into purpose and precision.

Over the past several years, I’ve coached more than 1,000 women.  From corporate leaders and entrepreneurs to high-net-worth clients & even a Nasa physicist!  Helping them break through financial ceilings, rebuild confidence, and create lives & businesses that reflect their real potential.

I’m also the host of a Top 4 Spiritual Podcast, where I interview leaders in wealth, wellbeing, and conscious business - from fintech founders to global healers.
